Rhythm is Life. Rhythm is Breath. Drumming, Yoga, Meditation & Qigong are practices in which without the power of Conscious Breath, the practitioner cannot fully enter into transcendent states. In music and dance, it is impossible to get into the flow without surrendering to the breath.
Rhythm Restores, Rejuvenates, Recalibrates & Heals. When we drum, meditate, dance, chant, practise yoga & qigong with deep, rhythmic breath, we are cleansed of the built up toxins in our bodies & minds. This brings us back to our True Nature and reconnects us with ourselves, our community and the Cosmos.
RhythmHeals.com aspires to share resources on these spiritual practices & the leading teachers/facilitators in these fields as well as create conscious community in organising retreats, events & festivals.
